About Volition AI

What it is

Volition AI is a career intelligence platform for experienced professionals. It keeps a record of the career information you approve and builds each application from it: a fit check before you apply, a tailored resume and cover letter, application answers, and a tracker that keeps every job and its documents together. Interview preparation and a career copilot are planned on the same record.

Why it exists

It began as a personal workflow during a job search. Early language models wrote fast, and they also overstated: a “contributed to” became a “led”, a number gained a percentage it never had. The rule that fixed it was simple and expensive to keep by hand: nothing reaches the page that cannot be traced to something already confirmed.

Almost no one else would build that discipline for themselves. Volition AI hands people the output of that workflow without asking them to become AI operators: you approve what is true once, and every document is built from it and checked against it.

Who is behind it

Volition AI is built by a small founding team and led by Uday Tamma, co-founder, whose background is fifteen years of technical program management across platform migrations, compliance, and reliability for large operators, and who built the first version for his own search.
